My two favorites are:

Camille [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - I love the repeated long e sound in both of these names.

Camille [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] - such a fun pairing, sounds very fresh and youthful. I also like that [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] has fewer syllables. [name_f]Imo[/name_f] [name_u]Camille[/name_u] is a beautiful powerful name, and it’s complimented by a more brief mn.

I’d narrow it down to [name_u]Camille[/name_u] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or [name_u]Camille[/name_u] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. All the other names are 2 syllables, meaning you’d have 2-2-2, which isn’t ideal for flow. [name_u]Camille[/name_u] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] would be my favorite.
