I voted [name_f]Tess[/name_f] because I love the name, but also because I am not so fond of the double a endings with the other options.
I’d also suggest [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tressie[/name_f], which I think is adorable and also gives me the image of a tomboyish girl swinging on a ropeswing with two messy braids swinging alongside her.
I don’t actually mind the double ‘a’ ending with [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] but I think [name_f]Tess[/name_f] is very cute in this combination!
[name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], followed by [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f]. The double A ending does not bother me, it helps that they have different syllables. To my ears it actually has a better sound than [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f]. I feel as though the combo was cut off, waiting for the last sound.
I like [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f], with my second choice being [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Theresa[/name_f].
[name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Therese[/name_f] have the best flow (in my opinion) but I think [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] sounds very romantic. I’m a big fan of using the original name as the honor name and flow is a secondary factor (I’m assuming your grandmother’s name was [name_f]Theresa[/name_f]?) so I would use [name_f]Theresa[/name_f]. I’m not big fan of [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tessa[/name_f].
I voted for [name_f]Tess[/name_f], because it sounds better with [name_f]Elena[/name_f]. My favourites as names are [name_f]Teresa[/name_f] (that spelling) or [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], but I honestly don’t think that a first name with an “a” at the end sounds good with a middle name that ends with the same letter.
I like [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and also the suggestion of [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Therese[/name_f].
I was also going to suggest Elena Therese. If you don’t want to use that I would say to go with Elena Theresa, it sounds romantic and it has the most honor (I’m also assuming your grandmother’s name was Theresa?)
[name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f] by a long shot! [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] don’t flow as well with the repeated a
