I’m due in 2 days and I think we’ve finally settled on the name [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] for our little guy. Now we’re stuck on a middle name. We’re currently tossing around [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] and [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] ([name_m]Frederick[/name_m] is a family name, and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] was my husbands top name pick). Thoughts on these? We are certainly open to other ideas - Any other suggestions? Our last name is one syllable and starts with “B”. Thanks!!
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] and I don’t think you can go wrong with either [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] or [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]. For me it would depend on how close you feel to the person/family you are considering honouring with the name [name_m]Frederick[/name_m]? Otherwise, I may just go with your husband’s favourite of [name_u]Eliot[/name_u].
I would pick [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Elliott[/name_u], but that is because both of these names are currently on my short list
Thanks for your input!
I like both! [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] B. or [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] B.
Yup, they are both great!
Good luck with your little one’s arrival!
I’d go with the honour name, meaning trumps flow in my book, plus you’ll rarely say both names nor will many people ever know his middle name.
My only caution to you is not to use [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] if you might want it for a future son. [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] sound like a great sibset and you don’t want to ‘waste’ a front-runner in the middle spot. Coming from someone who did just that
I prefer [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] to [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u].
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m]
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Walter[/name_m]
