I like [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] as a first name but can’t think of a middle name I love as much. There is no surname in mind— this is just me thinking.
Ideas include:
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] (but [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_u]James[/name_u], the HP reference might be too much)
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Felix[/name_m]
Please feel free to give opinions on my ideas for a middle name or add your own! Thank you!
Harrison [name_u]James[/name_u] ~ I’m not a HP fan (shock horror ) so for me I didn’t make the HP connection but I’m not sure if this is because I don’t like HP. Anyways moving away from the HP issue I think [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] is a strong name. [name_u]James[/name_u] is just classic can’t go wrong really. However if you think the reference is to strong what about [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Jacob[/name_m]?
Harrison [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] ~ So [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] has really grown on me I just think it’s a very stately sophisticated choice. I think [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] sounds almost presidential with [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] very strong name.
Harrison [name_m]Felix[/name_m] ~ I love [name_m]Felix[/name_m] it’s such a sappy spunky name really handsome. I’m just not keen on the flow would prefer [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m].
Harrison [name_u]James[/name_u] is my favorite! I agree with pp, its a strong name!! And who cares if people think of [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Potter[/name_m]? its not a bad association…and the movies are over now.
Many people nowadays are getting the courage to use [name_f]Hermione[/name_f] again now that the series has ended.
I have [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] in my UC and I find [name_m]Jack[/name_m] to be a good alternative to [name_u]James[/name_u], so I strongly suggest that. Of your choices, my favorite is [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Felix[/name_m]!
Hi there! I have a [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the name. For me, I find [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] to be a newer cool style name, even though it’s an older name, it’s newer in the sense to our generation. So I find it sounds better with a more solid traditional middle name, to help ground it.
I like [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]. [name_m]Felix[/name_m] not as much. Could just be preference but I feel like if you have a newer or more unique first name it needs that traditional middle to help balance the name, and be taken seriously. Not a fan of names like [name_u]Finn[/name_u] [name_u]Carter[/name_u] xxx, or [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u] xxx
Maybe try to use a grandparents or family name for the middle. [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Richard[/name_m], [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m], etc.
