I like both [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] and [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]. I prefer [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] because I think it has a softness where [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] has more sass/ spunk.

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] is stunning! It has class while still being fun and playful.

Thank you [name]Bre[/name] and [name]Annie[/name]! [name]Do[/name] you think [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] “-oods” has too many “sss” sounds?

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] is lovely. I love [name]Delphine[/name] in the middle spot.

I just found [name]Delphine[/name] today…what a gem! I think it brings out the classy aspects of [name]Louisa[/name].

I think [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] flows the best with the 3-2 syllable count.

From your poll, I voted for [name]Beatrix[/name]. However, I love some that you list as “others” so much more…

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]
[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]

All three of those I would rank higher than [name]Beatrix[/name], which is cute, but those three are just such strong names to me.

I’m actually starting to rethink [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] and possibly [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]. [name]Katherine[/name] is the name of a great-great-grandmother who was especially loved and I grew up hearing stories about how wonderful she was from my mom and grandfather. However, [name]Katherine[/name] is also the name of MANY other people in my life, including my boss, two of DHs aunts, and my arch “frenemy” from high school. [name]Marguerite[/name] is a my great grandmothers name. I love the name but I have memories of her being a bit of a racist among other things.

I think [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] flows the best!

[name]Louisa[/name] is gorgeous! I vote for [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]! [name]Both[/name] names are utter sophistication. They’re fabulous together.

I voted for [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]. I just think it flows well and [name]Beatrix[/name] adds some sass to a lovely, but more tame sounding [name]Louisa[/name].

I do love love love [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]. That would have been my top choice if it had been in the poll. It just flows well and sounds so classy and elegant.

OK I was wrong about the family names!! I just talked to my mom - she and my grandpa only ever referred to my great-great-grandmother as Mommee because that is what they both called her (she was a very special lady who was always generous and kind to my grandfather when nobody else was, including his own mother, because he was born with a very large birthmark on his face. In addition, she played piano which is why my grandfather encouraged me to play piano and paid for my lessons and now music is a large part of my life). I thought my great grandmothers name was [name]Marguerite[/name] (a woman who I wasn’t especially fond of). But I had things mixed up!!

My great-great grandmother (the one I would [name]LOVE[/name] to name a daughter after because she was so kind and a wonderful pianist- I have recordings of her playing!) was [name]Marguerite[/name] [name]Lizy[/name] (but went by [name]Lizy[/name].)

My great-grandmother was [name]Mary[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] - but went by [name]Marge[/name]. I thought it was her first name but it was really her middle.

So [name]Marguerite[/name] was my great great grandmothers FIRST name (in addition to my great grandmothers middle name). Anyway, I think we will likely use [name]Marguerite[/name] as the middle name now!!!

Sorry this is so confusing!

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] is utterly lovely. Congrats!

I voted for [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Delphine[/name] because it has a beautiful flow. But I also love the sound of [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name].

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name] is beautiful!! Fabulous name!
