Middle name for Mathias

[name]Mathias[/name] is DH’s contribution to the name list, and I’m fully on board. It has great family significance for us and I’m pretty positive we’ll use it if we have a boy.

If you could choose any middle name for [name]Mathias[/name], what would it be? FYI, we pronounce the name “ma-[name]TY[/name]-us,” and last name sounds like/ rhymes with [name]Bennett[/name].

Oh, and I know I stuck [name]Evander[/name] onto it in my signature, but I’m not super crazy about it at the moment.

I think I like the one syllable names for the middle actually. I think my favorite is [name]Mathias[/name] [name]Graham[/name] because [name]Graham[/name] is short, but has a lot of weight to it.

I think I kinda like one-syllable names too. [name]Graham[/name] is nice! It makes the name follow the 1-2-3 syllable “rule,” (or in my case, 3-1-2) which makes for good flow.

My third child is named [name]Mathias[/name] [name]Henri[/name] [name]Philippe[/name]. I love the name [name]Mathias[/name]. It is pretty popular over here in [name]France[/name]. It is pronounced Ma TEE as here. I think a lot of anglo middle names go great with [name]Mathias[/name] as well.
