[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Mabel[/name]!
I voted for [name]Jane[/name] but now that I see that your mn is 1 syllable, I might go with a 2 syllable MN-just not [name]Mabel[/name]. [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is lovely though.
I like [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name].
First thought was [name]Jane[/name]- but it seems a little predictable to me so I voted [name]Mabel[/name].
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Mae[/name] would work well too.
Absolutely [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Mabel[/name].
I almost voted [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name], but because it is my middle name and I always thought geez Plain [name]Jane[/name], I picked [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Renae[/name].
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name] sounds great as does [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Renae[/name]
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is beautiful.
I like [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name] the best, but as pp said, the flow isn’t the best with a 1-syllable last name, so I voted for [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Renae[/name], which is equally lovely, a bit more unique, and has a great flow too. Winner winner!
I lover [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Carina[/name]. It is a little sing songy, but that is what I love about it. [name]Both[/name] my first and middle name end in an ah sound and I love it. I actually like that [name]Veronica[/name] ends with the same sound [name]Carina[/name] starts with.
I really like [name]Blair[/name] too. I’m just wondering if our one-syllable last name doesn’t flow well with a one-syllable middle name.
You’ve echoed my sentiments exactly. I really love both the names, but am wondering what the perceived flow is for most people. I feel like [name]Veronica[/name] is such a statement name, does [name]Carina[/name] make it over the topic or do they, as you said, sing together?
1 [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Jane[/name] - I love a longer fn with a one-syllable mn
2 [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Mabel[/name] - I love the sound of this combo!
These don’t have good flow because…
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Carina[/name] - too long and I don’t like two names ending in “a” in a combo
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]Renae[/name] - too many r’s
Thank you! [name]Renae[/name] is a family middle name on my side of the family. Unfortunately the hubby doesn’t like it. Maybe I can talk him into it though.
Thanks [name]Mischa[/name]! You’re feedback is really helpful because I’m trying to gauge people’s perceptions of how the two names flow together because I feel like I’m too in love with all the names and am having a hard time being objective. My hubby likes [name]Veronica[/name] [name]Carina[/name] and doesn’t like [name]Renae[/name]. I love the name [name]Jane[/name], but feel it may not flow well with our one-syllable last name. So, to make a long story short (LOL) [name]Mabel[/name] is the middle name that I like the best but the hubby is on the fence.
I always think it’s best to concentrate on the flow of the fn and surname because you and your daughter will be saying those two names a lot more through life so they’re more important than the mn and surname. Are you and your hubby equally enthusiastic about [name]Veronica[/name]? If one of you loves it more the the other, perhaps the mn choice should be up to the less enthusiastic party. [name]Just[/name] a thought.
