I’ve been binge watching [name_m]Hart[/name_m] of [name_f]Dixie[/name_f] this week and I’ve fallen in love with the name [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]. I know it’s popular, but I love that it has a long history as a name yet also feels modern and spunky. I can imagine the name [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] on any type of girl, and think it’s cute for a little girl but not cute enough that it doesn’t also work on a grown woman.
Anyway, I’m yet to find a combo that I can fall in love with so I’d love some suggestions for a middle name. The surname is West0n so a 1 or 3+ syllable middle name would be best for a 2-1-2 or 2-3-2 flow. However, I don’t mind a 2-2-2 combo for the right middle name.
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] with an een or eena name would perfect. [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Philomena[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Carolina[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Satine[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Fantine[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Faustina[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Martine[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] Ambrosine, [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Adelina[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Angelina[/name_f]…
My favorite from your list is [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. I would suggest [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Evangelina[/name_f] though, as I think that way both names don’t end in too similar sounds.
Thanks @lailanotlilah. I love [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Angelina[/name_f]! I also like [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Carolina[/name_f], but I pronounce it ca-ro-[name_f]LINE[/name_f]-a so it doesn’t have the eena sound. Some other eena names I like with [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]:
I’d vote for [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Marina[/name_f]
But if your concern was that [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] was too popular, you can go a little more adventurous so I think you got the right idea with [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Electra[/name_f] or [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Bluebell[/name_f] or do something more in the middle like
@boyandgirl - thanks, I like [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] and [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u].
@rosebudsta - thanks, I’m glad you like [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Marina[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] (prefer this spelling). My name is [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] so it’s funny you should suggest [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]!
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] is lovely - one of the names whose popularity makes sense to me. I also have quite a fondness for [name_m]Hart[/name_m] of [name_f]Dixie[/name_f]!
Years ago, [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] was high on my list - feel free to add it to yours if you like it. I do like your [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Milena[/name_f] a lot, too. I don’t know that a lot of people would make the [name_m]Hart[/name_m] of [name_f]Dixie[/name_f] connection with [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Bluebell[/name_f] - a few would, but for the amount of use most middle names get, I’d say you might as well use it if you love it.
A few more, with West0n in mind (sorry for repeats):
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] - having trouble editing, so here’s an addition to my above suggestions:
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_m]Weston[/name_m]
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] - having trouble editing, so here’s an addition to my above suggestions:
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_m]Weston[/name_m]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Electra[/name_f] is my favourite from your list. I think it sounds really bright, lively and sassy. I also really like [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Ramona[/name_f], which also sounds like a girl with serious sass to me
I seem to love [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] with a 3-syllable, 2nd-syllable-stressed name ending in -a:
If you’re still looking for suggestions [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] is my first name and my middle name is [name_f]Julia[/name_f]. My last name is 7letters long but I’ve always loved having a short and sweet name. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] pairs with most names nicely. So go with what you love.
