[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there!
After waaaay too much deliberation, I think we may actually be down to our final two first names: [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_u]Teagan[/name_u].
Big sister is [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]. Last name is Moorehead. On the hunt for good middle names that will flow well as we’ve given up on trying to honor family members with the middles.
Particularly stuck on what [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]'s middle would be: [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_u]Sloane[/name_u]? [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]? It kind of feels like it needs a feminine one syllable middle. For [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], I just have [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Grier[/name_f] which is my best friend’a name, but hubby isn’t thrilled about it. You all are so good at this, help me!
I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] with [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], just my vote, lol. I like the idea of [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] actually. I really don’t care for [name_f]Grier[/name_f], but I think it does flow really well with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. I also like [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Elise[/name_f].

Anyone out there with a thought on a cute mn for Teagan___ Moorehead?
We will probably wait until we meet her to decide on which name we use, but I’d like to have a couple full names ready to go, and we only have a few more weeks!
By the way, [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] would be pronounced (Tee-gun) so it doesn’t rhyme with [name_f]Megan[/name_f]. Not sure if that would make any of you like it more, but just saying…
I have to say I was actually more partial to [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] than [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] when first reading these posts, but [name_f]LUCY[/name_f] [name_f]BELLE[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] God, that name is DARLING!!! It has my vote, hands down. I think short and sweet names would probably work best as a mn for [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]… [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] even works nicely.
Not a fan of [name_u]Teagan[/name_u], sorry. I do like the similar [name_u]Regan[/name_u] (prn ree-gun). [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] just doesn’t sound cute or pretty to me.
[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] though. I like the suggestion of [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. I babysat a little girl named [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]-[name_f]Kate[/name_f] (double-barrel first name) and thought that was cute too.
Thank you for all the great suggestions! It’s so interesting how polarized everyone is on [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] & [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]! I like both names, but find myself smiling thinking about our little [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], while [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] feels just more like a name I like rather than “the one”. But I think my hubby leans toward [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] so it will probably be decided when we meet her.

I think [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] should not have a unisex middle name, give her something girly! Since you like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] so much, why not [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]? Flow isn’t perfect, but you adore the names. [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Grier[/name_f] works too.
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] would be stunning. I was trying to think of T names for you, and thought of [name_f]Theresa[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] would be gorgeous! My 8 year old [name_m]Son[/name_m] is named [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_u]Ray[/name_u]! I love his name and we get lots of compliments on it. We pronounce it Tee-gun. Only been mispronounced one time so far as [name_u]Tay[/name_u]-gun! I have 4 children and one grand child. All of my children have names that start with the letter T! Congrats on your new baby, I’m sure you have had it since this was in 2014! Lol!
So I love both [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] (and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] by the way!) I know a few little girls with both of those names, so no matter what you choose, they are both excellent choices and works well.
Out of your list for [name_u]Teagan[/name_u], I like [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_u]River[/name_u]. I want to suggest [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]!

For [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], nothing really stands out for me.
I love the name [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] and I think [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] go much better than [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]. There is also a repeating “oo” sound with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] Moorehead.
