Partner and I have settled on [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Janzen[/name_m] for a boy’s name. But struggling to decide middle name. We are between [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] [name_m]Janzen[/name_m] or [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Janzen[/name_m]. Would love some help choosing.
I prefer the sound of [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] with [name_m]Gavin[/name_m].
Welcome to Nameberry!
I prefer Isaiah as well. Alexander shares a bit too many sounds with your last name.
Congratulations and welcome to Nameberry!
[name_f][/name_f]I prefer [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] over [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m].
I think Alexander is easier to say but a little too long & fast paced somehow (and the the repeat Ns in all three names is not ideal) - so maybe Gavin Xander J or (even better) Gavin Xavier J.
I find it slightly hard to say Gavin Isaiah J but the pace and no N make it work better so it would be my choice. It’s also less expected and, while I love the name Alexander, it doesn’t stand out as much as Isaiah in this context. Joshua would be another good option: Gavin Joshua J is easier (for me anyway) to say and has the same rhythm as Isaiah.
Definitely of the two, Isaiah!
[name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] flows better in my opinion! Such a handsome combo!
[name_m]Gavin[/name_m] Isaiah!!
I love the sound of [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] in the middle he’s such a sweet unexpected choice with a melodic sound.
[name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] [name_m]Janzen[/name_m]
[name_m]Isaiah[/name_m]!
Congratulations on baby! [name_f][/name_f] I prefer [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] in general, but I agree that with your surname, I like [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m] a little more. [name_f][/name_f] Both are very handsome!
[name_f][/name_f]Good luck!
