I would love for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] to have one of my names as her middle name! [name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Kayla[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] fiancé and I can’t decide if [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u] or [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] sounds better. We also thought about [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] since it sounds close to my maiden name. Our last name starts with a W. And I don’t know if this is relevant or not be we already have a son named [name_u]Landyn[/name_u] [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Douglas[/name_u] (two middle names) Please I need help!!

I prefer [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] (one of my favorite combos - I think it’s totally fine to pair with a last name starting with W) and my second favorite is [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u]. For me, [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] has a different feel (softer sounds, more traditional) than [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] (sharper sounds, more modern) - which I would probably save to pair with another option…or maybe to use as [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] for a boy? So many exciting options to consider for twins!

Penelope is a wonderful choice! I love [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u], followed by [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]Kay[/name_u]. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] is another option that honors your name. Like another has mentioned, [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m], [name_u]Nico[/name_u], or [name_m]Cole[/name_m] are all possibilities if a boy.
