I lean towards Isobel as family heritage wise I’m a good bit Scottish (American) and Isabel feels more latin (we are not) and flowery. Isabelle is the frilliest form and just not my taste. As it’s a middle name IDK if potential misspellings should be a concern as it’d be infrequently needed to spell and even Isabel could be mistaken as Isabelle. But within the name:
Daphne Isobel Renee
or
Daphne Isabel Renee
Does Isabel look notably better? I feel like since Daphne as an A in it, the O looks out of place knowing it could be an A. If that makes sense?
I prefer [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], but both are nice! [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is stunning, and because it is a middle name that people won’t need to be spelling very often I don’t think there will be any confusion.

I do see what you mean about the A vs O but I prefer the [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] spelling so that still gets my vote and the nod to your heritage is neat. Also somehow the vibes of [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] match [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] and [name_f]Renee[/name_f] better to me but I can’t quite figure out why. I don’t think spelling is a big concern for middle names, the only time anyone else would need to be writing down the middle names would be for official forms and such that you would want to spell out the whole name for anyway, especiallly with a name that has multiple spelling variations.

Definitely [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is my fave spelling. Of all the ways to spell this name, I think this way is the loveliest!
I like [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] and [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Isabel[/name_f], and middle names aren’t used enough for the spelling problem to come up very often.
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] is a common name and I know multiple Isabels who are not at all Spanish, so I don’t think that’s really an issue. You should use whatever spelling you like better. [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] are both nice.
[name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is gorgeous - I like this spelling best!
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] [name_f]Renee[/name_f] is lovely! I actually like how they have different vowels
