If [name_f]Kate[/name_f] is off the table, I want to re-suggest Appollonia [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. I think it’s just as beautiful and classy.
With a super-vintage and rare name like Appollina, I would go with a more familiar middle name. I would also use a middle name that starts and ends with a consonant sound, rather than another vowel. I love the beauty and simplicity of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a compliment to Appollina. It’s strong and clean next to Appollina, and lets the unexpected Appollina shine brighter: Appollina [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
