Middle Name Suggestions!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! My husband and I are expecting our 2nd child in [name_f]May[/name_f] 2014. We have finally decided (90% sure) on a first name. If you knew my husband, you would know what a victory this is!! I am looking for suggestions on a middle name for the name [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].

Here’s a little information about us:
Husband’s name - [name_m]Matthew[/name_m] [name_m]Scott[/name_m]
My name - [name_f]Kristina[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f]
1st Daughter - [name_f]Makenna[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] (nickname is ‘[name_f]Kenna[/name_f]’)
2nd Daughter - [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] ? (probably have the nickname '[name_u]Josie[/name_u]")

Here’s why we chose the name we did for our 1st daughter. My husband believes in choosing a name that has a special meaning. [name_f]Makenna[/name_f] means ‘one who is always cheerful’. [name_f]Marie[/name_f] is a middle name that was passed down from the 1st girl in the family on my mother’s side. My mawmaw, my mother, myself, and my first daughter share the same middle name.

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] means ‘God will increase’. My husband made the suggestion to have her middle name mean joyous or happy, but we haven’t found a name that we are both happy with.

That’s where you come in. I am hoping to get ideas and see what flows the best and then show my husband some suggestions. The middle name doesn’t have to mean joyous or happy - maybe it just sounds good with the name [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].

Here are a few of my favorites:

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] Alaire (Alaire means happy)

Thank you in advance for reading and any suggestions provided!

I love the name [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] for the mn? It means happy/carefree.

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] (“happy”)
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] (“blessed”, “happy”)
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Allegra[/name_f] (“joyous”)
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Letitia[/name_f] (“joy”, “gladness”)

Those are some great suggestions so far! Thank you!
