We are expecting twins and will find out their sexes next month!
If they are girls, we have settled on [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], but are still debating middle names.
We were originally going with [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and either [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f].
But now, we are considering honoring our mothers. Their names are [name_f]Susan[/name_f] and [name_f]Kathy[/name_f]. We don’t think that those names would flow well, so we’re considering variations.
To honor [name_f]Kathy[/name_f], we would use [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]. For [name_f]Susan[/name_f], we would use [name_f]Sue[/name_f] or [name_f]Susanna[/name_f].
I vote [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_f]Sue[/name_f] or [name_f]Zana[/name_f], [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] and [name_f]Susanna[/name_f] are too long [name_f]IMO[/name_f]
Nice names! Voting for [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Susanna[/name_f]/[name_f]Suzanna[/name_f].
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Sue[/name_f]? Short forms of both mothers’ names… Adorable!
Although I like the name [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and know it’s an extremely common NN for [name_f]Katherine[/name_f], it’s getting too far away from [name_f]Kathy[/name_f] for me. I feel bad that we wouldn’t use their actual names, so I’d like to stay as close to them as possible
