Caspian [name_u]Akira[/name_u] - I would have never dreamed of this one on my own but seeing it on your list I had to !!! What a handsome strong and unique name !!

Rowan [name_m]Aurelius[/name_m]- I love this combination I think I commented on it before!

Atticus [name_m]Keane[/name_m]- once again never I name combo I would have thought of on my own but when paired together I think it’s so swoon worthy.

Atlas Leondonis - I love the space vibe of this name

Wow absolutely love your list! [name_m]Caspian[/name_m], [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] and [name_u]Orion[/name_u] are really love and very underused yet familiar- perfect combination!

Caspian is outside the top 700 names.
Atticus and Orion both outside the top 300. Great picks!

[name_u]Rowan[/name_u] I used to think was ok but I find the name so trendy and overdone these days sadly. Many of the baby Rowans I know are girls to be honest and get shortened to [name_f]Row[/name_f] which I don’t like. With [name_m]Roman[/name_m] (with an M) being the top fastest rising boy name and shooting up the top 100, having risen hundreds of places in the charts and still continuing to rise, I’d personally avoid such a similar sounding name if popularity is any sort of factor to you - take a look at the graphs!

@creator_of_worlds Awesome ideas. I’ve added them to the list. You’re not the first to express some love for Caspian Augustus. It was really hard to find middle names that pair nicely with Caspian, but I think I’m finally figuring it out.

@Ehrob1 Hello, again I’m glad you like Caspian Akira. I love the sound of “kira” for a boy or girl’s name. In Japanese, “kira kira” is an onomatopoeia for something shiny and I’ve always loved that. Akira is a common Japanese name, but I think it can work in English as well. I’m just glad to hear this suggestion because I would love to use that name. All of your other combos are awesome as well, so I’ve added them to my ever-growing list. Phew! As always, thanks for your ideas.

@tfzolghadr Haha, yeah! I have seen you in the Nameberry forum while doing my research for the name “Caspian”. You always have really good suggestions so I’m glad you found this thread. Caspian Kai is one that I love, love love, but it bothers me that Kai means Sea, and there’s actually a Caspian Sea… otherwise, I would have easily picked that one. I love Caspian Keane, Caspian Aurelio, Rowan Kent, Rowan Xavier, Atticus Keane, Atticus Raiden, and so many more. My list of possibilities is growing longer, but I love the suggestions! Thank you!

@taylorlou Lucas Orion was the name I picked out before I was pregnant and started researching names. If Lucas wasn’t so popular, this would be an easy choice for me! I also love each one of your suggestions! Thanks for your combos

@Mummatobe2021 Yeahhhh, Rowan was suggested by my husband on a road trip and I was really enthusiastic about it before I saw the popularity chart and unisex factors. However, I keep coming back to it because it’s a name that we both agreed on! lol At least it’s out of the top 100 (for now) and my daughter’s name was #54 when we picked it. I finally decided to drop Lucas because it’s like #8 …so common… it was my “safe choice” but all of the alternatives to get to “Luke” like Lucius, Lucian, and Luca are losing appeal compared to my other choices. Caspian, Atticus, and Rowan are my top three picks right now. Also, I LOVE the name Orion but the pronunciation is confusing if you like Irish names… “Is it O’Ryan”? and written down, sometimes I see “Onion”! Oops! Well, I suppose Caspian and Atticus (also growing in popularity) match the siblings the best! Basically, I’m not too worried about the name Rowan if I can find a cool nickname and middle name to go with it. Thanks again for your ideas and suggestions

I think you’re right to remove [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] from your list if popularity is a concern, it’s too popular for your tastes.

Yes I see what you mean about [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]! [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] won’t be out of the top 100 for much longer. In fact given that it’s in the charts at number 229 for girls (and number 118 for boys) , if you add the boys and girls individual numbers together, the total numbers would take the name well within the top 100 already. It’s already top 100 in places like [name_f]England[/name_f] (for boys) and [name_u]Scotland[/name_u] (funnily enough it’s top 100 for girls in [name_u]Scotland[/name_u] but doesn’t feature on the boy list). I can’t think of many other shortenings apart from [name_f]Row[/name_f] but good luck with that.

[name_m]Roman[/name_m] (with M) currently number 73 but will be top 50 by the time the next lot of data gets released I expect. Huge upsurge!

I do get a bit fed up and muddled with all the baby Rowan, Roman (Ryan and Owen)s being born but expect that’s just me!

A really lovely list otherwise though. Good luck deciding
