We have decided on [name_f]Elise[/name_f] as a first name for our daughter. But, I am having trouble with middle names. I want to use family names to honor the women in my family, but I am having trouble getting these names to flow with [name_f]Elise[/name_f].
The names I’d like to use are: [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f] (it’s a combo of my grandmother’s names [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Ann[/name_f]), [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Louise[/name_f], and [name_f]Aveline[/name_f] (for my great-grandmother [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]).
What suggestions do you have for combining these names with [name_f]Elise[/name_f]? Thanks.
PS I am a fan of more than one middle name, so I am asking for combos that contain more than one of these middle name choices.
I love the idea of [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f]! I think its so sweet to combine two honor names. I don’t like [name_f]Elise[/name_f] and [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - to rhymey for my taste. *** is my favorite.
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f] ***
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f] [name_f]Aveline[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] Avaline [name_f]Lucienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] Avaline [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]!
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] @xmauixwowix,
Warmest congratulations on expecting a daughter!
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] is a wonderful choice – a “little-black-dress” name of class and elegance.
I would choose [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] if it honors baby’s paternal and maternal grandmothers.
