Ellowen (I’m liking the added ‘l’ quite a lot) is my favorite name. But I’m struggling with MNs. Currently I have Ellowen [name_f]Soleil[/name_f] but it doesn’t wow me. I’m attracted to nature names in particular, but am open to any suggestions.
I can’t wait to see what y’all recommend. Thanks, friends
I like [name_f]Fawn[/name_f], [name_f]Dawn[/name_f], [name_f]Lark[/name_f], [name_f]Meadow[/name_f], [name_u]Sky[/name_u], [name_u]Rain[/name_u], [name_u]Storm[/name_u], Locket, and [name_f]Faye[/name_f] as middle names for Ellowen.
And I like the added “l”–perhaps it will make the [name_f]El[/name_f]-o-wen pronunciation more acceptable for all those who write out the traditional pronunciation in the posts. I truly mean no offense, but every time I see someone post the pronunciation I can’t help but laugh.
@carysmarie- Oh good- someone else likes [name_f]Soleil[/name_f] as well Ellowen [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is very interesting, as my partner loves [name_f]Anna[/name_f]… this could be a fantastic compromise. Thank you!
@leadmythoughts- Yeah, I was worried about that. Ellowen [name_f]Alma[/name_f] is very sweet, and not something I would have ever thought of.
@dilly_twinkles- Cheese and crackers, Ellowen Locket is so precious! What a lovely idea. Ellowen [name_f]Faye[/name_f] is so charming as well. And yay! I’m glad you like the added ‘l’ because I was a little worried I might be trying too hard.
@smithe, Thanks for the super great list! I am especially drawn to Ellowen [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. That is so charming and sweet. [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] is not a name I would have considered, but it’s strong and whimsical!
@18_25, I had a cat named [name_m]Jett[/name_m] Ellowen [name_m]Jett[/name_m] is so cool! What an interesting and unexpected mixture of sound and looks. Thanks for posting!
