This is one of the only non-traditional names on this site that I’ve seen that I [name]LOVE[/name]. [name]Lyra[/name] sounds like a great name. Are you pronouncing it [name]Lee[/name]-ra or Leye-ra?
I like [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Kate[/name] and [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Adele[/name].
Thank you! And we pronounce it like Lie (as in a LIE you tell) - ra
I would avoid picking middles with the same syllable count (two) and stress (first syllable) as [name]Lyra[/name], like [name]Daphne[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name].
I like [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Juniper[/name]. I also like the following as middles:
I like [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] a lot. When [name]Lyra[/name] was on my list, that was my combo for a very long time! I had also really liked [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Giselle[/name] and [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Camille[/name], if those interest you.
I can’t use [name]Vivian[/name] because my fiance has a bad association with the name. Sucks because I had fallen in love with [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name].
I love [name]Juniper[/name], BUT I think names beginning with N, M, S and D really sound beautiful with [name]Lyra[/name] (it’s one of my favorite names as well).
Ooh, [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Colette[/name] and [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Simone[/name] are lovely! [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Daphne[/name] I like too, though both names remind me of Greek myth (the lyre of [name]Orpheus[/name] + the nymph turned into a laurel).
[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Kassiani[/name]

[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Denise[/name]
[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Magdalen[/name]
[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Vashti[/name]
