I am trying to come up with middle names for girls [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_u]Emery[/name_u]. I am looking for Israeli/Jewish/Hebrew names. For one of the middle names I would like it to start with the letter “R” to follow the tradition of my family as my great grandmother was [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] and my grandmother was [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and I am [name_f]Rachel[/name_f].
I would do the R mn with [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. [name_u]Emery[/name_u] R_ sounds a bit R heavy, since the last syllable of [name_u]Emery[/name_u] begins with an R. What about [name_u]Emery[/name_u] [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f]/[name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]?
[name_f]Riva[/name_f] (Hebrew, “maiden”)
[name_f]Revka[/name_f] (Israeli form of [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f])
[name_f]Rena[/name_f] (Hebrew, “joyous melody”)
[name_f]Rayna[/name_f] (Hebrew, “song of the [name_m]Lord[/name_m]”)
[name_f]Reuelle[/name_f] (Hebrew, “friend of God”)
[name_f]Rimona[/name_f] (Hebrew, “pomegranate”)
[name_f]Raizel[/name_f] (Yiddish, “rose”)
Some middles that don’t start with R, but are Hebrew/Israeli/Yiddish:
Aria Abigail
Aria Elizabeth
Aria Miriam
Aria Lior
Aria Seraphina
Aria Vered
Aria Sarit
Aria Zisel
