Middle Names

What is your opinion on the number of middle names. Give me your honest brutal truth. How many is to many. How many is to little. I knew a kid with 24 middle names, is that still acceptable in society or is the new tradition to have no middle names.

I think 2 is acceptable but I prefer 1 :woman_shrugging:

I have two middle names! I think that would be the limit, though!

Where I live it’s most practical to have just one for documents etc. But having more wouldn’t be socially unacceptable. Before getting on here I had no idea that people had more than one who weren’t royalty lol. Well, or had a cultural tradition of carrying on a bunch of names.

I love 2 middle name combos! I’m picky about them though. I wouldn’t use more than 2 myself but I wouldn’t judge it either!

I prefer one but I don’t mind two middles either. I think two middles can be useful if you want to honor two important people or something like that. Any more than that is just making everyday stuff like paperwork difficult for no reason.

I mean I just like 1 but I suppose it depends on the name sometimes 2 works but I don’t like any more than that.
