I’ve recently fallen in love with [name_f]Francine[/name_f] as a first name, but am finding it hard to pick a good middle. Last name is also 2 syllables and sounds like “[name_m]Cleary[/name_m]” so middles ending with y, ie, ee don’t sound great! The middle initial being a vowel is tricky as initials would be F.A.C, F.O.C, etc…definitely no U middles haha. Hoping to find a 3-syllable, feminine and somewhat uncommon middle ”
Some names I like, but am not sold on are:
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]/[name_f]Viola[/name_f] - don’t love either name, but they sound pretty!
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] - too old lady?? I also lived in a town called [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] and don’t know if it’s weird to use
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] - 2 syllables and old ladyish, but I do love
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Honora[/name_f]
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Estella[/name_f] - another name in not in love with, but sounds nice
I like the way names like [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], [name_f]Leonora[/name_f] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] sound, but they seem a little too trendy and bleh right now.
Also I don’t think [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] sounds too “old” since it’s kind of in right now. The fact that you lived in a town called [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] could actually be a positive thing because it has significance (unless you had a bad time there of course…) I live near a street with that name and that’s actually why I would consider using it myself.
From your choices I really love [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Estella[/name_f]! I too much prefer the 3 syllable mn.
Here are some others that sound lovely with [name_f]Francine[/name_f]…
Your choice of [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is amazing! Personally, I love the name. I am wild about [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Estella[/name_f] or [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] (although [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is more chic) . I think they both sound gorgeous! I also love the above suggestions of [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Colletta[/name_f] and [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f]. Here are a few of my creations for [name_f]Francine[/name_f]
I would choose [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] over [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. Both are lovely, but I would hesitate because of the town name thing.
I love the classic but spunky feel of [name_f]Francine[/name_f]. It’s fresh and modernly youthful.
My favorite is [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u]. Another that’s stunning is [name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f].
Looking at your signature…[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] would be adorable!

Ooooowww…[name_f]Francine[/name_f] [name_f]Leonora[/name_f] flows so beautifully! I hope you choose it!
I had to comment since [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is my very favorite name in the entire world. It is my little niece’s (Goddaughter’s) name and we call her Cici. She’s the light in my life. I hope to use [name_f]Francine[/name_f] as a mn someday in her honor.

[name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is nice too, but the “N” ending along with [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is too much.
