I don’t think the flow is the best with both ending in S but if the middle name has meaning to you then I would not worry as you wont be saying the names together much anyways
I agree; it’s by no means a bad combo, but the repeated S endings make it sound lispy. What about [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_u]Jamison[/name_u]?
I agree with pp’s about the S ending sounding repetitive… but I love both [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and [name_u]James[/name_u]! Great names 
If you love them too, that’s what matters. I’ll suggest though [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] - one of my all time favorite combos!
It’s not that bad to me.
I actually love the repeating s, slightly abrupt flow. It’s got a Southern feel like [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Mark[/name_m]. [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] is very handsome!
