We love it due to connections to the [name_u]Marvel[/name_u] Cinematic Universe and paired with [name_m]Otto[/name_m] which is also included in this genre. Is it usable or completely out of style?

[name_u]Miles[/name_u] is such a fun name! It feels very hipster and trendy but it also feels very chill and homey. Definitely not out of style whatsoever!
[name_u]Love[/name_u]! I’ve always like [name_u]Miles[/name_u], it has a very vintage/airy charm to me. We have a close family friend with a college aged [name_u]Miles[/name_u], so we could never use it, but I still think it is a fantastic name!
Totally love it! In no way is it out of style, I think of it very much as a cool classic. Never too popular, never too rare, distinguished yet warm.

I feel the same! I’ve always liked Miles. I’ve known a few of different age groups and it’s suited every one. It’s a lovely choice!

Unfortunately, I tend to side with @PRSing on this one, though hate is far too strong a word. I just see it as a distance. If you live in a region that uses the metric system, I guess it wouldn’t matter. Anyway, it is by no means out of style! I think it fits right in with current naming trends!

I love [name_u]Miles[/name_u]! I’m also a massive fan of the [name_u]Miles[/name_u] Morales connection (being Puerto Rican I loved seeing a Puerto Rican superhero, especially when I was younger). I think this one of the modern sounding names that will become a classic one day. It’s a very fun, versatile name. I also like the spelling [name_m]Myles[/name_m]. I’ve seen the measurement comment before about it but honestly it’s literally never come to mind (and I’m from the US where we use that measurement), I honestly don’t think it’s that big of a problem

It is usable. I don’t like it because of think of [name_u]Miles[/name_u] on thirtysomething, but that’s just me. I love [name_m]Otto[/name_m].
It gives me soft, chill, kinda cosy vibes - maybe because it sounds like mild?
I also think of the kid in Snowpiercer who they call ‘Miles and miles’ so in that sense it does make me think of the measurement, but only because in that series they explicitly make it about that.
