Miles/Milo

what do you think of [name]Miles[/name] and [name]Milo[/name]? Which one do you prefer?

i like them both.
you can name him miles and call him milo as a nickname, then you’ll get the two wonderful name at the same time:D

[name]Miles[/name] nn [name]Milo[/name] is a favo of mine!

xo [name]Viv[/name]

I like both, but I think [name]Miles[/name] is cooler!

I like [name]Miles[/name] better esp when gets to an adult. Great name!

I prefer [name]Miles[/name], more adult sounding. Either could be a nn for the other so you could always switch back & forth! [name]Miles[/name] feels more professional, better on the birth cert imo.

I like both very much, but I prefer [name]Milo[/name].

I prefer [name]Milo[/name]- I think it is both cute and professional (maybe the “o” ending makes it seem like a nn, but it is just European and stylish) and really perfect. [name]Miles[/name] is nice, too, but if I used [name]Miles[/name] I’d CALL him [name]Miles[/name]…I’m not a huge fan of using one name just to get at a certain nn, at least not if the nn is a legitimate name. Use [name]Milo[/name] if you prefer it (jaunty, charming, fun) or [name]Miles[/name] if that seems nicer (soft, sweet, confident).

I do like [name]Milo[/name] a lot, but it always makes me think of the film, [name]Milo[/name] & [name]Otis[/name]. I must’ve watched that movie 100 times as a kid! My uncle also had a cat named [name]Milo[/name], and there is a very friendly burmese cat that comes visiting our house (don’t know to which of our neighbours he belongs) and he is also [name]Milo[/name].

For that reason I prefer [name]Miles[/name] nn. [name]Milo[/name]. Perfect!

[name]Both[/name] are fine names but each gives me different vibes. [name]Miles[/name] is a more studious, serious gentleman kind of name. [name]Milo[/name], on the other hand, is more exotic, spunky and stylish. I love boys names ending in “o” so I have to vote for [name]Milo[/name].

I prefer [name]Miles[/name].

Which would you pick if his brother was [name]Noam[/name] or if.his sister was [name]Lydia[/name]?
Due with twins… [name]Don[/name]'t know if it’s b/b,g/g or b/g

We love [name]Noam[/name] and [name]Miles[/name]/[name]Milo[/name] for boys. [name]Lydia[/name] and [name]Naomi[/name] for girls

Although I prefer [name]Milo[/name], I think [name]Miles[/name] is better paired with [name]Noam[/name]. [name]Lydia[/name] and [name]Naomi[/name] are a beautiful pair.

I love both names. If you like them equally well and would like to use both, put [name]Miles[/name] on the birth certificate and use [name]Milo[/name] as a nickname. To me, [name]Milo[/name] sounds best suited to a child, whereas [name]Miles[/name] is a handsome name for a boy or a man.

I find [name]Milo[/name] adorable, but I think you could have the best of both worlds and name him [name]Miles[/name] with the nickname [name]Milo[/name]!

[name]Milo[/name] is an Italian name and therefore not an immediate choice for those in the anglosphere. The lovely choclatey [name]Milo[/name] drink would put us Aussies off using this name too.

The natural nickname for [name]Miles[/name] is Milesy.

rollo

I really like both, but prefer [name]Miles[/name]. Agree with all on [name]Miles[/name] nn [name]Milo[/name]!

Definitely [name]Miles[/name], nn [name]Milo[/name]!

[name]Milo[/name] is my favorite (I really wanted to use it for my second son but my family shot it down) but I also really love [name]Miles[/name].

[name]Love[/name] them both. I agree with the poster who suggested that really, either could be a nickname for the other. They are both a solid choice!
