We love the name [name_m]Miles[/name_m] as a potential name for our second son, due next month! First son is [name_m]Max[/name_m]. Only gripe with [name_m]Miles[/name_m] is that it’s creeping up in popularity; however, I’ve never met a [name_m]Miles[/name_m], nor do I have any friends who have named their son [name_m]Miles[/name_m]. Is it really that popular? We’re in the DMV area…
Also considering Flynn/Finn (which is also rising) and a few other one syllable names. Largely undecided.
[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and Finn/Flynn. You can’t go wrong with either one. I’ve met one [name_m]Finn[/name_m], one [name_m]Flynn[/name_m], and two Mileses in my 9 years parenting and decades working with kids. That’s hardly anything worth worrying about.
I prefer [name_m]Miles[/name_m] to [name_m]Finn[/name_m] or [name_m]Flynn[/name_m]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you plan of having another child? If so, do you have another M name if you plan to continue M theme?
I’m in the UK so I can’t comment on the popularity of [name_m]Miles[/name_m] where you are, but it is a sharp, handsome choice!
I like [name_m]Flynn[/name_m] and [name_m]Finn[/name_m] too (on the decline in the US I believe) and I do think [name_m]Flynn[/name_m] is probably my favourite with [name_m]Max[/name_m]
I actually haven’t met any little [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and I’ve met a lot of young kids at this point! I do know a few Finn’s so I’d lean more towards [name_m]Miles[/name_m] than [name_m]Finn[/name_m].

I do like [name_m]Flynn[/name_m] with [name_m]Max[/name_m]. I also like [name_m]Miles[/name_m] but I do know several little [name_m]Miles[/name_m] & Finns under the age of 5 in my area (pnw) so that is something to consider.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] is lovely! I know of one little [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and I am near the DMV area. I know several other grown up Mileses as well. [name_m]Max[/name_m] and [name_m]Miles[/name_m] are fun together! I feel like I see [name_m]Max[/name_m] more than [name_m]Miles[/name_m], though, so if you’re not bothered by [name_m]Max[/name_m], I don’t think I would be bothered by [name_m]Flynn[/name_m], [name_m]Finn[/name_m], or [name_m]Miles[/name_m], either.

I adore [name_m]Miles[/name_m]! It was the name of my first car , but if alliteration isn’t your thing you may want to avoid. [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and [name_m]Max[/name_m] fit in my opinion !
I like [name_m]Finn[/name_m] with [name_m]Max[/name_m] because they both feel literary- [name_m]Huckleberry[/name_m] [name_m]Finn[/name_m] and [name_m]Max[/name_m] - where the wild things are
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite from your options is [name_m]Flynn[/name_m]. It feels more unique and less popular than [name_m]Miles[/name_m] and [name_m]Finn[/name_m] .

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] - I feel like [name_m]Felix[/name_m] combines [name_m]Finn[/name_m] / [name_m]Flynn[/name_m] and [name_m]Myles[/name_m] but also ties in with [name_m]Max[/name_m] !
Choose the name you love - Miles. It’s not particularly common and significantly less so over time than Max. I don’t really Flynn and think it matches least best with the more standard first name Max.
