Hi! These are our two top Italian baby girl names I can’t decide which one I like better.
Miliana (nickname Millie)
Mirabella (nickname Mira)

I prefer Miliana. It’s fun and playful, frilly but not overly frilly. [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f] is pretty, but a hard name to live up to I think.

I love [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f], such a gorgeous name with a literal “wonderful” meaning! I also have a soft spot for [name_f]Mira[/name_f] as a standalone name.
Miliana is lovely, though I prefer [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] or [name_f]Liana[/name_f] to it.

I would go for [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f]. I find it really beautiful, and [name_f]Mira[/name_f] is such a sweet nickname. I’m not familiar with Miliana - at first glance, I thought it was [name_f]Milana[/name_f].

Ooh, Miliana is lovely! I’d never heard of it before! It’s very elegant in full, and Millie’s adorable. [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f] just seems like kind of a lot of name, in my opinion, (not in length, in impression) but I’m biased because I’m ‘meh’ on bel/belle/bella names in general. But a lot of people love them! If [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] can be so successful, there’s no reason [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f] can’t! And I do really like [name_f]Mira[/name_f].

Miliana has a more sleek, elegant look. [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f] is cute, but is clunky and will get old over time. Plus, Miliana Manduzzi sounds so fancy!
