I love the idea of Mill, but I think [name_f]Nell[/name_f] would be easier to wear. Mill (or [name_m]Mills[/name_m]!) could be a great nickname for [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_u]Miller[/name_u], or [name_f]Milena[/name_f] in addition to earlier suggestions.

Miller or Millett could work as a fn.
