I think [name_f]Millie[/name_f] works. I also like [name_f]Marcy[/name_f], esp. spelled [name_f]Marcie[/name_f]. Other nn’s not said:

If you can get ‘[name_m]Dick[/name_m]’ from [name_m]Richard[/name_m] and ‘[name_m]Bill[/name_m]’ from [name_m]William[/name_m], I see no reason to think that [name_f]Millie[/name_f] from [name_f]Marcella[/name_f] is too far fetched.

Completely agree with above post! I really like more unexpected nicknames too, [name_f]Marcella[/name_f], nickname [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous!!
I voted yes — love [name_f]Millie[/name_f] as a nn! It’s not too much of a stretch. I also think [name_f]Marley[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f] and [name_f]Macy[/name_f] could work. And Cellie.
