I love the name [name]Milo[/name], but I have a very hard time imagining it on a grown man.
[name]Do[/name] you think [name]Milo[/name] is one of those exclusively childhood names?
I’m biased, as it’s a favorite, but I think it will work well on a man. Maybe it’s just hard to imagine because you’ve never met an adult with the name?
Never mind exclusively childhood, I think it’s exclusively pet-zoned. Sorry, but I had a gerbil named this as a kid and I can see it on a dog, cat, horse, rabbit… Whatever! But not a child/man.
I think [name]Milo[/name] is a gorgeous name that WOULD grow well on a boy to a man. [name]Milo[/name] is no more a pet name than [name]Luna[/name] is. [name]Ever[/name] heard of the actor [name]Milo[/name] Ventimiglia? He’s in his 30’s and a very attractive man. He pulls it off and I think anyone else could do it too. [name]Love[/name] it.
Meh, I might have said that 20 years ago when I watched [name]Milo[/name] & [name]Otis[/name] on a daily basis. These days, I hear [name]Bella[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] as frequently (or more) on pets as I do on humans. I’ve had dogs named [name]Tess[/name], [name]Katie[/name], [name]Jack[/name], & [name]Sadie[/name] but they’re by no means less usable for a human because I chose to use those names. People like human names on pets
My cousin had a cat named [name]Milo[/name], and I used to love [name]Milo[/name] and [name]Otis[/name], but I can still picture the name on a person. It was technically a human name first. Anyway, I think I prefer it as a nickname for [name]Miles[/name], but it works either way. I would love to meet a [name]Milo[/name].
For some reason, I can picture on a baby and a child and then on a young man, but not a teen or elderly man lol
I do love the name though.
I love [name]Milo[/name]. I prefer [name]Arlo[/name] but I’m completely bias as its my sons name. My DH’s sister is considering [name]Milo[/name], she asked us for permission because she thought it was similar to [name]Arlo[/name]. (We said she could use it, I don’t think cousins [name]Arlo[/name] & [name]Milo[/name] would be a cause for concern.)
Anyways, I love [name]Milo[/name]! I do struggle seeing it on an old man but I’ve never met an old [name]Milo[/name]. I’m sure if you used the name he would grow with it!
The only [name]Milo[/name] I know [name]IRL[/name] is about 35 and it suits him, so I definitely think an adult can wear it. You could always go with [name]Miles[/name], nn [name]Milo[/name] as well.
[name]Milo[/name] is my favourite but I would never use it due to the spike in popularity. I think it has the potential to be a chart topper!
I do like [name]Milo[/name] but I think it would be a little strange on a older man.
