Mira CeIeste
Eva CeIeste
*How do you pronounce Eva? Like ee-va, eh-va, or ay-va?

I theoretically like [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] better, but when I actually say it, all I’m hearing is “look, [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]” but this wouldn’t be an issue if you don’t live in an area with a lot of Spanish speakers. For that reason, I’ll go with [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. I automatically pronounce [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as ee-va, but wouldn’t be surprised to be corrected to eh-va or ay-va.
Definitely [name]Mira[/name_f]. It used to be on my favorites list — until I watched Aquaman, that is.
I like both names, but I adore [name_f]Mira[/name_f] so that’s where my vote would go.
I like that [name_f]Mira[/name_f] has a lot of different sounds compared with [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], and it’s also less popular than [name_f]Eva[/name_f].
[name_f]Eva[/name_f] is lovely but [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] feels a bit ‘e’ heavy to me, especially looking at it written down, in the whole name there’s literally only one vowel that isn’t an E! That doesn’t make it bad, it still sounds and looks nice, it’s just a little strange to me. I am pronouncing it as ‘Ee-va’. Personally another reason I like [name_f]Mira[/name_f] is that it’s much less likely to be said differently from how you want it to be.
Hard decision! I feel pretty much the same about both names. I’m probably biased because [name_f]Mira[/name_f] is overused where I live, but I vote for [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] I say ee-va.
Ee-va.
To me ay-va is [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and Eh-va is [name_u]Ever[/name_u]?
I like both but I think [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] has that edge.
Eva! I’d pronounce it Ee-va. So beautiful.
Eva [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. I say ee-va.
[name_f]Mira[/name_f]! It’s a gorgeous name that’s unique without being too out-there.
I say [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as ee-vah though I prefer the eh-vah pronunciation.
Both are lovely but [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] is just beautiful
I pn [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as Ee-vuh
I suggested [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as a middle for [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] recently (maybe to yourself) as I thought it was such a gorgeous combination! Personally I think [name_f]Eva[/name_f] (I pronounce this name as ee-va but I know there’s lots of different pronunciations all of which are very pretty) is a lovely relatively underused name. I think [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] has a really pretty sound very old school Hollywood vibe it’s definitely my favourite from the two choices.
Mira [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] is lovely and again if you did decide to go with [name_f]Mira[/name_f] it’s definitely a winning name but for me [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] just sparkles more.
Eva [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] gets my vote.
Ee-va is how I instinctively pronounce the name
Mira is pretty too and a little more unexpected. I don’t think there is a wrong answer with these 2 names
I really love [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]!! I pronounce [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as Ee-va
I think I prefer [name_f]Eva[/name_f] – the sharp v adds an edge to the soft-sounding [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. I say [name_f]Eva[/name_f] like ay-vuh, but any of those work.
This is really tough, but I think [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] would be my pick! (“Ee-vah”)
Agreed that these two sound amazing paired together for exactly this reason! I say it EE-vuh, but I’ve also known one EH-vuh and one AY-vuh with this spelling.
I like [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], and pronounce it ee-va but wouldn’t be surprised to hear is as ay-va. I like [name_f]Meera[/name_f] a bit more because [name_f]Mira[/name_f] is a word in Spanish, but if you don’t live near around many people who speak Spanish then I think [name_f]Mira[/name_f] works well with [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]!
I love [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. Sounds magical
Eva seems more complete then [name_f]Mira[/name_f] to me. I say it as ehv-uh.
I pronounce [name_f]Eva[/name_f] like ay-va. I prefer [name_f]Mira[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]
