I just saw this name in someone’s signature and I fell in love! I love the Mir / [name_f]Mira[/name_f] names but nothing ever really seemed to “fit” - [name_f]Miranda[/name_f] is a little dated, [name_f]Mireia[/name_f] too much spelling hassle, [name_f]Mira[/name_f] alone a bit too plain - but I really like [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f]. Lately I’ve been thinking about [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] a lot as well but I don’t like how popular it is and how I already know several people with this name.

My only concern with it is that it might sound a bit too sweet / fairytale-like… maybe it’d be better as a middle?

What are your thoughts on [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f]? I also like [name_f]Mirabelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Mirabella[/name_f] but they are a little too frilly to me to use personally.

I like it! For some unknown reason, it feels kind of exotic to me and I could really see the name being worn well on little girls of all ethnicities. It’s one of those few names that are honestly worn well by any girl, teen, adult and senior. I think it also fits the names (style wise) in your signature.

I love [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f] and as an above comment it’s so exotic and seems modern but not made up

I adore it, I think it’s so beautiful, far more so though than [name_f]Isabel[/name_f].
