MN for Leopold?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Girls!

A friend of mine is expecting baby boy. His first name will be [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] after her fiance’s grandfather. She Jewish and wants to honor her part of the family by giving their son Jewish middle name, but making a perfect set of [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] and any of Jewish names they can think about seems to be impossible. We met yesterday, discussed it for hours - with no result. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any ideas?

[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Eli[/name_m]
[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Asher[/name_m]
[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Abel[/name_m]
[name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]

Can you tell us some of the ideas you came up with that won’t work? So people won’t have to repeat the many names you already thought of?

Sure! Very traditional names weren’t good in this combo, like [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Abraham[/name_m], [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Chaim[/name_m]. Surprisingly, modern ones weren’t good too - like [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_u]Abbott[/name_u] and [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_u]Emmett[/name_u]. As for now, our favourites are [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Abel[/name_m] and [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] [name_m]Amos[/name_m].
