I think with a name like [name]Ruth[/name] that starts and ends with consonants goes nicely with a MN that starts with a vowel. I think these three are saints too
I agree with rachelmay that a name starting with a vowel will go best. Hooray for bonus points for saints! I’ll try not to get too odd, although there are some great ones ([name]Apollonia[/name] and Eusebia come to mind…). I included a couple of non-vowels as well.

Yes, it is a hard name to come up with a satisfying middle name for; took me forever to decide on the middle name [name]Temperance[/name]. I do like all of the combos you have actually, particularly [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]. The name tends to pair better with poly syllable names.
I found it hard to vote as I feel that [name]Ruth[/name] would be better with a flowing second middle but I do think that [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Frances[/name] is very good too.
I like [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Adelina[/name], [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Victoria[/name], [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name].
I find it lovely and wonderful that [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] is on your list! It is my grandmother’s name, as she was named for the biblical [name]Ruth[/name] and the [name]Longfellow[/name] poem
