MNs for Dean?

Which is your favorite and why? I love them all for different reasons.

[name]Dean[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] - I love the strength of this name
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Seamus[/name] - I think this just exudes cool and has a [name]James[/name] [name]Dean[/name] connection
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Jameson[/name] - Again the [name]James[/name] [name]Dean[/name] connection
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Michael[/name] - This one has been my combo for a while! I still love it but I have my doubts
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Priestly[/name] - I like the edgy vibe of this and the fact that dean means church official is a nice connection
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Clifford[/name] - These are both family names but I know of another [name]Dean[/name] [name]Clifford[/name]
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] - I like the strength of this and the idea of DXY initials
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] - This was my late grandfathers full name but I have an ex named [name]Patrick[/name], would this be a deal-breaker for you
[name]Dean[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] - This would include both of my grandfathers FNs
[name]Dean[/name] [name]William[/name] - I just like this one.

I like the family value of [name]Dean[/name] [name]Theodore[/name], the strength of [name]Dean[/name] [name]Alexander[/name], and the freshness of [name]Dean[/name] [name]Priestly[/name]. Good luck!

I like [name]Dean[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]…just sounds right. It’s strong and it flows well.

I like [name]Dean[/name] [name]Seamus[/name] and [name]Dean[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] a lot! Followed by [name]Dean[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] and [name]Dean[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]. While [name]Dean[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] is probably my favorite, if the association to your ex bothers you (which it seems like it does–you’ve mentioned it several times), then I would nix it. [name]Dean[/name] already honors your grandfather as it is, so I would definitely go with a different mn if [name]Patrick[/name] bothers you that much. Or [name]Patton[/name]? What happened to that? I think [name]Dean[/name] [name]Patton[/name] is really cute.

I really like [name]Dean[/name] [name]Seamus[/name], [name]Dean[/name] [name]Jameson[/name], and [name]Dean[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]… I like that [name]Dean[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] combines both grandfathers’ names, but I feel like your son should have a little bit of his own identity! For that reason I like [name]Seamus[/name], [name]Jameson[/name], and [name]Alexander[/name] better.

Good luck!

I completely forgot about [name]Patton[/name]! I am sure [name]Dillon[/name] will love the military connection too. I don’t really think the connection bothers me that much, I don’t really think about him when I think of the name. My only concern is if people would think that was a deal breaker but no one seems to so I am fine with it  I think I bring it up a lot here because I can get objective feedback on the situation, since no one seems to address it, it puts any misgivings I might have had to rest. [name]Dillon[/name] could care less, he said he won so who cares LOL. He loves the Irish connection to [name]Seamus[/name] and [name]Patrick[/name] so they are his favorite. I think [name]Priestly[/name] is my favorite but I like them all. I will definitely have to consider [name]Patton[/name] again though

ha. Well, I don’t know, I thought I remembered a time when you saw [name]Patrick[/name] as a MN somewhere on my list, and you said something along the lines of, “It’s nms at all because of a bad experience I had with one, but it’s a fine name…” or something, so I thought he’d scarred you, lol. If you don’t mind, then I would say go with it. I mean, if you used [name]Dean[/name] [name]Patrick[/name], do you think your family would think of your grandfather, or the ex? I would avoid it purely because I wouldn’t want random people asking me, “Oh, wasn’t [name]Patrick[/name] the name of that guy you dated several years ago… ?” haha. Awkward…

[name]Dean[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] stands out to me.
