So I do like my husbands favorite and I think he likes mine as well, but we are having a hard time deciding. For a girl Oakley Ray or Juliette Ray. I love all the nickname possibilities for Juliette. But I have had Oakley on my baby name list since HS. Please let me know favorites or suggestions! We already have a boy name. Just need a girl

I prefer the sound of Oakley Ray. Juliette is nice too, but it feels like the complete opposite of Ray. I agree that Juliette has adorable nickname options, but so does Oakley! little Oak or Oakie

[name_f]Juliette[/name_f] is timeless and elegant. It would serve her well at any age and I can imagine she would receive many compliments throughout her life.
[name_f]My[/name_f] personal style is classic. Yet, [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] is one that I’ve long thought is sweet, despite its trendiness.
Honestly, I don’t care for [name_u]Ray[/name_u] with either. [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] is incredibly elegant and [name_u]Ray[/name_u] somewhat diminishes the beauty. I imagine something along the lines of [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], or [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] as a middle for [name_f]Juliette[/name_f].
As for [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] [name_u]Ray[/name_u], I would assume this was a boy’s name. It’s just too unisex, at best. Also, with [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] + [name_u]Ray[/name_u], my mind goes straight to [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] sunglasses. I would suggest [name_f]Ann[/name_f], [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Tess[/name_f], [name_f]Jane[/name_f] for middle option.

I prefer [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] and, on paper, would assume [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] to be male as it feels more masculine rather than unisex.
