I saw [name]Monet[/name] on today’s most searched names. I really like it, but I wonder if you berries think it’s usable as FN. WDYT?
I totally believe [name]Monet[/name] could work as a first name. And I think [name]Fleur[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], and [name]Monet[/name] would make a nice sibset:).
I like [name]Monet[/name] and I have seen it used as a first name…but where I’m from, [name]Monet[/name] is considered a “trashy” name. Maybe it’s just cause all the [name]Monet[/name]'s in my area are trashy…but that shouldn’t be a problem for you, assuming we don’t live in the same place! So I’d say yes, it’s usable. 
No… [name]Monet[/name] is a famous artist, and in my opinion it’s a lot to put such a name on a child. It’s like naming someone [name]Shakespeare[/name].

I know a lot of people that name their pets [name]Monet[/name], so it wouldn’t work as a name for me. I also agree with lexikj that it gives your kid a lot to live up to.
I just think of the line from Clueless where he says the girl is like a [name]Monet[/name] - looks great from far away and crappy up close, basically. But other than that, I think I’m indifferent to it being used as a name.
