I love the name [name_u]August[/name_u] for a boy, but what other month names could work? My daughter loves [name_f]October[/name_f] with the nickname [name_u]Toby[/name_u] for her future brother.
[name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] is super cute! Another one that could work is [name_u]July[/name_u] nn [name_u]Jules[/name_u].
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] on both sexes! [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] choice! I think [name_u]March[/name_u] would work as well.
[name_u]August[/name_u] is my fave but [name_f]October[/name_f] ‘[name_u]Toby[/name_u]’ is really nice!!
I agree with pp that [name_u]March[/name_u] ‘[name_u]Mars[/name_u]’ would be nice. Martius (the latin for [name_u]March[/name_u]) would be interesting too
[name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] is an awesome idea!
Maybe [name_u]November[/name_u] nn [name_u]Ember[/name_u]? I like [name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] more though!
[name_f]February[/name_f] ~ [name_u]Rory[/name_u], Ebby, [name_u]Ari[/name_u], Bru
[name_u]March[/name_u] ~ [name_m]Archie[/name_m]
[name_f]October[/name_f] ~ [name_m]Otto[/name_m], Octo, Ober, [name_u]Berry[/name_u], Ber, Obo, [name_m]Tov/name_m, Tovie, Tober, Toben
[name_u]November[/name_u] ~ [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_u]Ember[/name_u], OrvilleBerry, [name_m]Burr[/name_m], [name_m]Berke[/name_m]
[name_u]December[/name_u] ~ Dec, [name_m]Dex[/name_m], [name_u]Ember[/name_u], CiCi, [name_u]Berry[/name_u], [name_m]Burr[/name_m], [name_m]Berk[/name_m], Berken
I really like [name_f]October[/name_f] as a name but admittedly am not a fan of [name_u]Toby[/name_u]. As a nickname it totally works though and if you really like it than it’s a great choice. [name_m]Otto[/name_m] could probably pass as an [name_f]October[/name_f] nn too.
I also like a pps suggestion of [name_u]November[/name_u] nn [name_u]Ember[/name_u], of course that could work for any of the -ember ending months.
Great suggestions! Thank you for your feedback! ”
[name_f]October[/name_f] is a silly name. Really?
[name_f]October[/name_f] “[name_u]Tobie[/name_u]” is my current favorite for a future daughter. I can’t think of a reason it wouldn’t work for a bit too. It’s such a lovely name!
[name_u]Toby[/name_u] is not my favorite, but that’s a difference in style…it does work. [name_f]October[/name_f] is by far my favorite month name for a boy (followed by [name_u]June[/name_u] [name_u]July[/name_u] and [name_u]March[/name_u]). Like I said [name_u]Toby[/name_u] does work but it seems a shame to hide such a lovely name like [name_f]October[/name_f] behind [name_u]Toby[/name_u]. I would probably not use a nn for [name_f]October[/name_f]. If I did, it would be [name_m]Otto[/name_m]
[name_f]October[/name_f] is terrific!
I think several of the months could work. [name_u]March[/name_u] seems nice in theory, my only problem with it is that outside of the context of month names, if I met someone named [name_u]March[/name_u] I would probably first think of it as meaning “march”, as in marching band, which isn’t quite as nice of a meaning.
I like [name_u]June[/name_u] for a boy’s name quite a lot. I think it could definitely work. [name_u]July[/name_u], [name_u]November[/name_u], and [name_u]December[/name_u] also work in my opinion. [name_f]October[/name_f] really is great though.
[name_u]August[/name_u] is one of my favorites, but I’ve always loved [name_f]October[/name_f] nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] or [name_m]Otto[/name_m] as well (I prefer it for a boy personally)!
