to know why [name_f]Narnia[/name_f] and Avonlea are not more often used in naming since they are two wildly popular mythical kingdoms.
I also am not sure how to pronounce [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables’ town. I think of it as A-[name_m]VON[/name_m]-lee-a, but it is probably AV-on-lee.
The only ones from your list I find usable are [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] and [name_f]Geneva[/name_f]. But I love a lot of the others as GPs: [name_f]Andorra[/name_f] (on my own GP list), Avonlea (I’ve loved [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables forever), Anglia, [name_f]Scotia[/name_f], [name_f]Madeira[/name_f], [name_f]Majorca[/name_f], Arundel (but better for a boy), Antigua, [name_f]Argentina[/name_f].
For clarification
I voted for the groups solely because they contained a name I deemed usable.
[name_f]Sahara[/name_f] is the only one in that set that I think is usable, ditto for Avonlea.
The others in the grouping are a definite no.
I like [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f], [name_u]Cairo[/name_u], [name_u]Memphis[/name_u], [name_f]Alesia[/name_f], [name_u]Juneau[/name_u], [name_u]Chelsea[/name_u], [name_u]America[/name_u], [name_u]Indiana[/name_u], [name_f]Alaska[/name_f], [name_u]Cheyenne[/name_u] and [name_f]Salina[/name_f].
[name_f]Andorra[/name_f] (it has [name_f]Andie[/name_f] and [name_f]Dora[/name_f] as built-in nicknames, so sure)
[name_f]Argentina[/name_f] (same as above, with [name_f]Tina[/name_f])
Avonlea
[name_f]Scotia[/name_f]
