Hi Berries,
I recently made a post where I asked for your honest opinions on my favourite names. I wanted to make a continuation of all my favourite boy names.

I’d love to hear your all of your thoughts! Note, some of these I prefer more for middles but still adore them, if that changes anyone’s opinions!

My favourites are [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_u]Oliver[/name_u], [name_m]Stellan[/name_m] and [name_m]Amias[/name_m]. Your names don’t have one common style I think, there are a lot of classic names such as [name_m]William[/name_m] and [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] but also modern, trendy names like [name_u]Maddox[/name_u] and [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u]. Some names I think you could like:

[name_m]William[/name_m] - it’s nice enough, I just find it a bit lacklustre

Nathan - lovely and cheerful

Theo -strong and cute

Caleb - has a kick to it

Silas -love the earthy feel

Emmett - gentle and lovely

Asher -bright and cheerful

Oliver -it’s okay but a bit over done

Maddox -cool and interesting

Stellan -starry and sweet

Wesley - relaxed and cool

Elias -sleek and lovely

Leo -bright and energetic

Caden -nice enough

Andrew -sturdy and classic

Lucas - classic and sweet

Emrys -magical and gentle

Ashton -soft and strong at the same time

Cory - fresh and sweet

Tate -so cute but cool

Hayes -has a sleek, relaxed vibe

Amias -interesting and distinctive

Andrew, [name_u]Elias[/name_u], [name_u]Maddox[/name_u], [name_m]Nathan[/name_m], [name_m]Wesley[/name_m], [name_m]William[/name_m], and [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u] - I’m very neutral on these. I like them just fine but prefer other names on your list!
[name_u]Theo[/name_u] - :heart: I like [name_u]Theo[/name_u] as a stand alone more than [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].
[name_m]Caleb[/name_m] - Not a big fan of [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], personally. I don’t find the sound appealing.
[name_m]Silas[/name_m] - :heart: A literary name and nature name all in one.
[name_u]Emmett[/name_u] - I’d go with [name_u]Everett[/name_u] over [name_u]Emmett[/name_u].
[name_u]Asher[/name_u] - I prefer [name_u]Ashton[/name_u] or just [name_u]Ash[/name_u].
[name_u]Oliver[/name_u] - Very popular where I live (UK), so it sounds a bit boring. Otherwise, it’s a lovely name.
[name_m]Stellan[/name_m] - Although I associate [name_m]Stellan[/name_m] with middle aged Swedish men, I like it for other people! The sound is cool and I’d love it if I could ignore my association.
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] - It’s nice but I’d go with [name_u]Theo[/name_u] over [name_m]Leo[/name_m].
[name_m]Caden[/name_m] - Similar to [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], just don’t love the sound.
[name_m]Lucas[/name_m] - :heart: I adore [name_m]Lucas[/name_m], even though like [name_u]Oliver[/name_u], it’s very popular where I am (so I’m a total hypocrite when it comes to popularity, clearly :sweat_smile:).
[name_m]Emrys[/name_m] - I love the mythology connection and that it’s a more down to earth alternative to [name_m]Merlin[/name_m].
[name_u]Ashton[/name_u] - :heart: [name_f]My[/name_f] favourite longer form of [name_u]Ash[/name_u].
[name_u]Cory[/name_u] - It feels a bit dated/kind of an 80s name (but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me if I loved it otherwise).
[name_u]Tate[/name_u] - Not a huge fan of [name_u]Tate[/name_u] but it does have a cool, artsy feel to it because of the [name_u]Tate[/name_u] Modern art gallery connection.
[name_u]Hayes[/name_u] - I usually like surnames as first names, but [name_u]Hayes[/name_u] is one that only sounds like a surname to me.
[name_m]Amias[/name_m] - :heart: I love the meaning, and the um-EYE-us pronunciation.
[name_u]Everett[/name_u] - :heart: One of my favourite surname names. I get fresh, outdoorsy vibes from it.
[name_m]Troy[/name_m] - Makes me think of Greek mythology!

I really like [name_m]William[/name_m], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_u]Asher[/name_u], [name_u]Oliver[/name_u], and [name_u]Elias[/name_u]. I feel like they are all classic, strong names. [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m] are a bit too ‘nickname-y’ for me personally, and I’m a bit ‘meh’ on [name_m]Nathan[/name_m], [name_m]Stellan[/name_m], and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m].
I like [name_u]Emmett[/name_u], [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u], [name_m]Wesley[/name_m], [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], and [name_u]Everett[/name_u] more as middles, and whilst I love [name_m]Emrys[/name_m], think it would be a brave choice for a first outside of [name_m]Wales[/name_m]!
[name_m]Troy[/name_m], [name_m]Amias[/name_m], [name_u]Hayes[/name_u], [name_u]Tate[/name_u], [name_u]Cory[/name_u], [name_m]Caden[/name_m], [name_u]Ashton[/name_u], and [name_u]Maddox[/name_u] aren’t my style, but I have nothing against them either. The only potential downside is the association of [name_m]Troy[/name_m] with High School Musical.

[name_m]William[/name_m]- solid, classic, and handsome name. I really only like it as a middle name though.
Nathan- I’m pretty neutral on this name.
Theo- I love [name_u]Theo[/name_u]! It’s so handsome and I think it’s strong on its own but I do like [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] as well.
Caleb- love it.
Silas- it’s nice.
Emmett- love it.
Asher- I’m pretty neutral on this name as well. I just know so many little boys named [name_u]Asher[/name_u].
Oliver- not a fan.
Maddox- I love [name_u]Maddox[/name_u]. It’s so sleek and cool.
Stellan- I can dig it. I think some really cool combos could be created with this name. There’s a lot of potential.
Wesley- don’t like it.
Elias- love it.
Leo- I’m neutral on this one too.
Caden- not a fan.
Andrew- I like it as a middle.
Lucas- never been a fan of [name_m]Luke[/name_m] or [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] but I love [name_u]Luca[/name_u] (weird I know).
Emrys- i could dig it.
Ashton- eh. I’m neutral on it.
Cory- not a fan.
Tate- I think this is a great southern middle name.
Hayes- love it.
Amias- very handsome name.
Wyatt- I like it.
Everett- [name_u]Everett[/name_u] is so handsome. I prefer it slightly more as a middle name but I love it regardless.
Troy- not a fan.
