So my husband and I have pretty much picked out the name [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] for our daughter due this summer. I posted a while back asking for middle name suggestions. I have a bit of a list going now and would love some opinions! Also if you have any brilliant ideas along the same lines, feel free to suggest! I’m finding I like the sound of names starting with A or E, softer, mostly 2 or 3 syllable.
My favorite from your list is [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]. It flows the best in my opinion, and the feminism of [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] compliments the stronger, unisex [name_u]Sloane[/name_u]. I also really like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Aria[/name_f].
Ooh, I love [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Acacia[/name_f]. Both names are bright, strong, and beautiful. [name_f]Acacia[/name_f] adds an unexpected twist, and I think it’s great here.
I do like [name_f]Elora[/name_f]/[name_f]Elara[/name_f] as well ([name_f]Elara[/name_f] better, but I suggested it for a friend’s dog and she used it, years ago, so it’s kind of out for me ), and [name_f]Eliana[/name_f].
Currently [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Eira[/name_f] is my personal favourite but I’m trying to broaden my horizons
So please keep the ideas flowing!
I’m also not sure about the [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] vs [name_u]Sloan[/name_u] spelling, I kind of like it without an E ([name_u]Sloan[/name_u]) but feel it’s maybe more masculine looking? Thoughts?
