More names overheard at a playground:
Beverly (about 8 years old) and younger brother Ezra (about 4).
Love Beverly! Have never met a child Beverly before.
Makes much more sense to me than Everly.

I think [name_f]Bev[/name_f] is modern (or maybe I should say futuristic) and then the full form is euphonious.
Best of both worlds.
I wonder if it’s possible for Bev/Beverly to go towards the boy name end of the spectrum?
