I love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], & [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] :yellow_heart:

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] – 6/10, not my favorite. I see a lot of people like her, but I’ve never been one of them
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] – 7/10, I tend to think of the word violent. I do like Violetta/Violeta though
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] – 8/10, she’s super sweet. I always think of soft chiming bells when I hear the name [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] – 9/10, I love [name_f]Francesca[/name_f]! She’s sweet and spunky
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] – 6/10, [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] feels incomplete to me, like a shortening of [name_f]Mavis[/name_f]. I prefer [name_f]Maeva[/name_f].
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] – 8/10, used to not be a big fan, but now I think she’s sweet and sassy.

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]- 7/10- one of my middle names , and a bit popular now because of the movies and the song by harry styles

[name_f]Violet[/name_f]- 5/10, is it Vile-et or Vi-let. [name_u]Ive[/name_u] seen people say it as both

[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]- 6/10, cute but not for me

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- 2/10, dislike this and the nickname f@nny is a HUGE no

[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]- 7/10, super popular right now along with [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]. But very cute, it makes me want to say [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] as [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] but its Mayv, which is annoying

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]- 1/10, dislike. Its like [name_f]Maple[/name_f] (like the syrup)

Out of ten:

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - 8.5 - strong but sweet, great nn potential and versatile

[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - 7 - sharp but sweet, vintage and modern in vibe

[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] - 7 - sleek and stylish

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - 8 - elegant, bold, with flair, but also has great versatile nn potential

[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] - 8 - warm and bright

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] - 8 - cosy and cute

[name_u]Love[/name_u] matilda and violet

These are all such tip top names!
[name_f]My[/name_f] order of preference:
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] (even though it has a posh vibe where I live)
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - 10/10 I’m absolutely obsessed with the name atm, it climbed steadily on my list of names for the future and now it lands in second place, I know not everyone loves the name but I love the vibes it gives, the nn potential (Mattie, [name_f]Tilly[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_f]Mia[/name_f], [name_f]Maude[/name_f] etc) and the potential sister combos (I posted a poll about this recently and made a couple of posts on it if you need any opinions on the name). Clearly people where I’m from agree with me because its found itself in the top 100 in the country as of recent years and has grown in popularity (even though its not seen as much in my specific area).
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - 8/10. Wouldn’t use it because it’s too similiar to a family name but I really like it, it has definitely grown in popularity recently but still has that vintage feel.
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] - 7.5/10. I usually prefer this one in the middle name spot but as a first I’m getting stylist and elegant vibes. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though the name origins are far from french, it’s giving me parisian vibes for some reason.
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f] - 8/5/10. Met a few of these during my lifetime so probably the most popular on your list even though its still not [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] level popularity, I love the name itself but not a crazy fan of [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] as a nn and definitely agree with the above poster about it giving posh vibes where I’m from
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] - 7.5/10. I used to really like it but its grown off me slightly, maybe because of its increase in popularity and I’m not usually a fan of vowel heavy names but it still gives me strong, elegant vibes.
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] - 7/10. In the UK it reminds me too much of the singer of the same name and feels a bit bolder than most other names on the list but I still really like it.

I love them all except [name_f]Francesca[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] not my style.

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]: 7 - Not my personal style, but I generally like it, it’s unique but also familiar to most people

[name_f]Violet[/name_f]: 7 - Very pretty and I like the classic feel it has, though its growing popular is something you should probably be aware of

[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]: 6 - Not bad, though it’s a little more frilly than I’d ideally like. I prefer [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]

[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]: 8 - Definitely like this name and its nickname potential, it sounds very fun

[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]: 4 - Tbh I don’t quite get the appeal of this name, it’s definitely not the worst but sounds a little bit melancholy and plain to me

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]: 5 - I do like seeing old-fashioned names being used again, but this is a bit on the clunky side. It makes me think of someone who’s very quirky and might be labeled as weird, which I guess is fine if that’s the vibe you’re going for but it’s not really for me

These are all such beautiful names! In order of preference:

  1. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]- 9/10
  2. [name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- 9/10
  3. [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]- 8/10
  4. [name_f]Violet[/name_f]- 7/10
  5. [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]- 6/10
  6. [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]- 6/10

[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]- 5/10- It’s pretty, but really old fashioned. Strongly associated with the book and film.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]- 7/10- [name_u]Super[/name_u] lovely
Slyvie- 7/10- Sweet and inncoent sounding
[name_f]Francesca[/name_f]- 3/10- [name_m]Just[/name_m] not my taste
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]- 8/10- [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name!
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]- 3/10- Not really my cup of tea
