[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] is my favorite. All your combos are great though, except for two. [name_m]Cian[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] is too color-related as the similar-looking cyan is a color, and [name_u]Bobby[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] is too B-heavy for my tastes.
With girls, I don’t like how [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] and BDarcie [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] sound because [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]/[name_f]Darcie[/name_f] end in a sound similar to [name_f]Samantha[/name_f]'s first syllable.
[name_u]Bobbie[/name_u] feels like a boy’s name to me, I’d like it as a nickname so she’d have the option of a more feminine full name if she ended up a girly girl.
[name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f] are my favorites! [name_f]Betty[/name_f] isn’t bad either.
I quite like [name_u]Robin[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u], [name_u]Lennon[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] and [name_m]Tobiah[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u].
For girls, my favorites from your list are [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f], [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] and [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f].
Loving:
[name_u]Bobby[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] - are both names your grandad’s name / nickname ? I love the sound of the combo, but a way to narrow down would be to decide if you want both names to be honor names -and to the same person- or if you’d like an honor name, and a fresh name that’s just for the little one.
[name_m]Arno[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_m]Cian[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] - even if [name_m]Cian[/name_m] makes me think of cyan, which makes the name extra blue
[name_m]Tobiah[/name_m] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - top contender here. I think if you’ve got all of your boy names honoring grandad, I think grandma deserves some love too?
[name_f]Darcie[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - there is a hitch there with the -cie ending + S beginning, but I think overall it flows ok. And [name_f]Darcie[/name_f] is just lovely!
[name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - great flow, but if you do [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f], that rules out [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u], and seems to me that’s one you really like, even for either gender.
[name_u]Bobbie[/name_u] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - I usually prefer [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u] (and [name_u]Billie[/name_u] and such) names on girls and double names, but I do like the sound of this. I think [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u] [name_u]Rain[/name_u] / [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u]-[name_u]Rain[/name_u] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] could be a great combo.
Not a fan:
[name_u]Robin[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u] - too much B going on in there
[name_u]Lennon[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - love [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], but too much S sound
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - again, love [name_f]Grace[/name_f], but this sounds like [name_u]Gray[/name_u] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f]
[name_f]Nancy[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - a bit too much S, a bit too old school, not quite rocking my socks
[name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] - I honestly feel like this is the most unspecial of the bunch, sorry. It just sounds like your average all-american girl name - don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with that, BUT in the midst of funky honor names and your spunky less common options, this one’s just not shining.
