More sisters for Beatrix?

My baby girl’s name is [name]Beatrix[/name] (nn [name]Bix[/name]). These are the names I’m thinking of for a sister:

[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Imogen[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Daphne[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Delilah[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Harriet[/name] (nn [name]Hattie[/name])

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name] but [name]Penelope[/name] has gotten too popular for my taste.

[name]Do[/name] you think they match in terms of style/spunk, etc.? Any suggestions?

(Potential brother name is [name]Theodore[/name] nn [name]Theo[/name])

Thanks!!

I like [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Harriet[/name] best together.

I also like:

[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Ramona[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Georgia[/name]
[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Lillian[/name]

1,847 girls were named [name]Penelope[/name] and 1,817 girls were named [name]Delilah[/name]. The names are at 169 and 172, respectively. If you want a rare name, you need to drop [name]Delilah[/name].

However, less than .01 percent of all girls were named [name]Penelope[/name] last year. My math is probably wrong on this, but one out of 10,000 girls would be a [name]Penelope[/name]. The rank is decieving, and chances are your daughter might run into one or two other Penelopes her age during her life. (Unless [name]Penelope[/name] takes a big jump in 2012- which is likely.) [name]Don[/name]'t let this stop you from using a name you love. Plus, [name]Penelope[/name] has tons of nicknames, so even if you happened to draw a short stick and had three other Penelopes in your daughter’s class, they could each have a different nickname such as [name]Nell[/name], [name]Poppy[/name] and [name]Penny[/name].

If you really want something unique, than [name]Harriet[/name] and [name]Imogen[/name] is your best bet (if you live in the US).

I think [name]Harriet[/name] looks great with it. All of them work well, but [name]Harriet[/name] would be my pick. If I were naming a sister to [name]Beatrix[/name], I would consider [name]Jill[/name], [name]Josie[/name], or [name]Jacqueline[/name] ([name]Jackie[/name]).

of those I like [name]Delilah[/name] the best.

[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Harriet[/name] go perfectly together! I second the suggestion of [name]Jacqueline[/name] as well.

[name]Eloisa[/name]
[name]Annora[/name]
[name]Cecily[/name]
[name]Helena[/name]
[name]Jemima[/name] (though this one heavily depends on your location)

[name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Imogen[/name] is my favorite pair. [name]Both[/name] lovely British sounding names.

I like [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Harriet[/name] best from your list. I also like [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Gwendolyn[/name]/[name]Gwendolen[/name], [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name], and [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Rosamund[/name].

[name]Beatrix[/name] & [name]Imogen[/name] is my favorite! Second best is [name]Beatrix[/name] and [name]Harriet[/name] (although I prefer [name]Henrietta[/name]).
