I made combinations of Melissa and Eve’s middle names together. Let me know which one sounds, looks, and feels right! I’d love your feedback!
- Melissa Nicole & Eve Josephine
- Melissa Violet & Eve Josephine
- Melissa Violet & Eve Laurel
- Melissa Charlotte & Eve Laurel
- Melissa Charlotte & Eve Josephine
- Melissa Nicole & Eve Lillian
Hands down [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is my favorite combination with that name however my vote didn’t go to it as I felt it seemed stylistically off from the [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] combos. [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] got my vote.

I know!! I love [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] so much but none of my [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] combos have reached that bar or are the same style. I love it WAY more than [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Laurel[/name_u], but [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Laurel[/name_u] goes a lot better with [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] Violet!! Ugh the struggles of naming twin girls am I right?!

I do like [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], but not [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], I do like [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f], but not [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].
I absolutely love [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Laurel[/name_u], the combo fits perfectly and both have a floral vibe!
(Even though I’m not the biggest fan of [name_f]Eve[/name_f], but the nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is very cute)
[name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Laurel[/name_u] are nice
Have you considered [name_f]Elise[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Melissa[/name_f]. Both would lend you possible nn [name_f]Lissy[/name_f]. [name_f]Elise[/name_f] is one syllable less then [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] tying it closer to one syllable [name_f]Eve[/name_f] which could make the middle name balance finding easier. Like
I could see [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] working beautifully with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].
Ps: and it’s ok you got this! Naming isn’t easy in general and you have two to name!
[name_u]Trust[/name_u] me, I’ve gone through pretty much all [name_f]Lissy[/name_f] names: [name_f]Melissa[/name_f], [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f], [name_f]Elyssa[/name_f], [name_u]Ellis[/name_u], [name_u]Ellison[/name_u], [name_u]Allison[/name_u], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Alice[/name_f], [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Lisette[/name_f], and so many more! I like [name_f]Eve[/name_f] so I didn’t want to pair it with another E name or an A name. I love [name_f]Lisette[/name_f], but I much more prefer it as a middle. [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] is my favorite choose with [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and I actually like the difference in syllables! I think the reason finding middle names is hard is because I want them to be the same style. I’m fine with [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_u]Laurel[/name_u], but if I use [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Laurel[/name_u], I’ll always know that I didn’t use [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] which has been a name favorite for a while! [name_f]My[/name_f] goal is to find a name that’s as good with [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] as [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is to [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. If I can’t then I might use [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_u]Laurel[/name_u]

Got me, [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] had a old-fashioned, spunky vibe. Some other names with the same feel that could work with [name_f]Melissa[/name_f] include:
[name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_u]Florence[/name_u]
[name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]
[name_f]Melissa[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u]
Other potential first names that could give you the [name_f]Lissy[/name_f] nickname, since that sounds like it’s a big part of the appeal, that maybe match more with the style of [name_f]Eve[/name_f], include:
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_u]Bliss[/name_u]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Calista[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & Chelise
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Hannalise[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_u]Hollis[/name_u]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Lisabet[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Liesel[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Talisa[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]Talise[/name_f]
