Morgan or Raegan? Opinions Please?

Help, I’m getting induced next week. [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] or [name_f]Raegan[/name_f]? Opinions are welcome. Thanks Much! <3

I would go with [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] because it’s a little more timeless than [name_f]Raegan[/name_f], which sounds so trendy and will end up dated.

[name_u]Morgan[/name_u]! [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] is a lovely name that is more of a classic than [name_f]Raegan[/name_f], which seems trendy and misspelled to me.

[name_u]Morgan[/name_u]! [name_f]Raegan[/name_f] seems like a misspelling of [name_u]Reagan[/name_u], which in itself just reminds me of [name_m]Ronald[/name_m]. Which is a dealbreaker, but that’s just me.

[name_u]Morgan[/name_u]. Raegen is too masculine for me and, as others have said, just looks misspelled.

[name_u]Reagan[/name_u] is my favorite name ([name_f]Raegan[/name_f] is mispelled and as a teacher my advice is please give your child the most common spelling to prevent them years of frustration!). I can’t use it b/c my cousin named her son that. I also love [name_u]Morgan[/name_u]. They are both unisex names. I think [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] has been around as long as [name_u]Reagan[/name_u] so it doesn’t feel any less dated to me. I don’t think either name is really dated anyway b/c they were never super popular like [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] or [name_u]Ashley[/name_u] in the 80s and 90s, so they are fine to use now. So I say [name_u]Reagan[/name_u] first, with [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] as a close second. [name_u]Love[/name_u] them both!

I have a 33 year old friend named [name_f]Raegan[/name_f] so it’s not really trendy even if it might sound like it, [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. I actually am tired of [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] and will champion more [name_f]Raegan[/name_f]'s. :slight_smile:

I prefer [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] on a boy, but if it’s absolutely between [name_f]Raegan[/name_f] and [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] I would go with [name_u]Morgan[/name_u]. [name_f]Raegan[/name_f] will be constantly misspelled.
