I hear the repetition of the letter “L” but I do not find it objectionable. I think the name flows nicely.

Mega_muffin, I remember [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f] from many years ago sort of. I’ve never seen it so can’t say I’m a fan. But I also don’t mind if someone would find the name reminiscent of the show. My husband and I just love nature, romantic and magical feeling names with meaning, and or history/legend/myth. The names just felt right together for us and have meaning to us. A lot of our names might feel too whimsical, lyrical or fantasy like for a more traditional name lover, but a very traditional name combo wouldn’t be us.
I’ve wondered about [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] being long with [name_f]Fay[/name_f], but my name is long, and I also go by a short form. I may call [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] [name_f]Jewel[/name_f] as a cute nick name. [name_f]Fay[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] still fee like a match to me in that they are both Arthurian/renaissance/fantasy/legend feeling. I also think of historical sisters like [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Austen[/name_u].
I adore [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Serenity[/name_f]!! [name_f]Fay[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] go together so nicely.
