Multiple conundrum

I’m not expecting but my husband and I were discussing baby names on vacation this past week. His family is prone to having twins so we were trying to come up with some good multiple pairings. We’ve decided if we had twins we would want their names to have some connection, but not in sound, rather we’d like them to be connected by meaning/style something a long that line…

For example some pairings we like

[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] & [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]- both 3 syllables, both familiar, both can be shortened to a flower name
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] & [name_f]Olive[/name_f]- both 2 syllables, common but not popular, both a shade of green
[name_m]Heath[/name_m] & [name_m]Graham[/name_m]- 1 syllable, both familiar, both have connection to food
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] & [name_f]May[/name_f]- 1 syllable, familiar, have connection to a time

So I was wondering if you guys could come up with anymore? They don’t have to be common/familiar names, just if one’s uncommon the other should match if that makes sense? And they don’t have to match in syllable number either just be close (so one can’t be one syllable and the other 5). So what can you guys think of?

[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] are both types of trees, too!

[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] & [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] - both are English words that mean “happy”
[name_f]Delphine[/name_f] & [name_f]Leona[/name_f] - both have animal meanings (dolphin & lion)
[name_f]Tamsin[/name_f] & [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] - 2 syllables, both are contracted forms of antiquated feminizations of male names ([name_f]Thomasina[/name_f] & [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]) and have the same spunky feel

[name_m]Callum[/name_m] & [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] - both mean “dove”
[name_u]Dorian[/name_u] & [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] - 3 syllables, both are [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] Wilde characters ([name_u]Dorian[/name_u] [name_u]Gray[/name_u] and [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] from The Importance of Being [name_m]Earnest[/name_m])
[name_f]Tess[/name_f] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u] - 1 syllable, both are [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Hardy[/name_m] title characters ([name_f]Tess[/name_f] of the d’Urbervilles and [name_u]Jude[/name_u] the Obscure)

[name_m]Hart[/name_m] & [name_u]Auden[/name_u] - both have connections to 20th century poets ([name_m]Hart[/name_m] [name_m]Crane[/name_m] and W.H. [name_u]Auden[/name_u])
[name_u]August[/name_u] & [name_m]Julian[/name_m] - both derived from names for [name_m]Caesar[/name_m] ([name_m]Julius[/name_m] and [name_m]Augustus[/name_m]); both have one-syllable nicknames ([name_u]Gus[/name_u] & [name_u]Jules[/name_u])
[name_u]Noel[/name_u] & [name_u]Hollis[/name_u] - both have meanings related to [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] (the Latin word for it, and holly trees)

I’m really loving [name_f]Tamsin[/name_f] & [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] as well as [name_m]Hart[/name_m] & [name_u]Auden[/name_u], [name_f]Tess[/name_f] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u], and [name_u]August[/name_u] & [name_m]Julian[/name_m].!
I’m glad you understood what I was trying to say, I wasn’t sure if it made any sense!

[name_f]Glad[/name_f] you like them! It’s a good idea - I would be super tempted to do something gimmicky and matchy and ridiculous, like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] & [name_f]Iris[/name_f] or [name_m]Abel[/name_m] & [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] - I definitely dream of the quintuplets I’ll have named [name_m]Audun[/name_m], [name_f]Blythe[/name_f], [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], [name_m]Donovan[/name_m], and [name_f]Elsa[/name_f]. Being subtler is probably better for actual humans.

Confession: my dog’s name is [name_f]Tess[/name_f], and I’ve had plans to get a boy dog and name him [name_u]Jude[/name_u] for a long time!

I love the names you picked! [name_m]Just[/name_m] so you know, though, twins only run in the female line, so you aren’t any more likely to have twins because they run in your husband’s family. You could still have them, though, so it’s good to be prepared!

Haha yeah thanks  his family actually has a couple sets of identical twins, which I know really has no genetic factors at all, it just seems to be luck that every generation has a set of twins. So there’s no guarantee just being prepared

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] all of the Twin Sets which you and your Husband have come up with, and think [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] & [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] would make a PERFECT Twin [name_m]Set[/name_m]!!

[name_m]Callum[/name_m] and [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] is on my Twin Sets List too! Gorgeous!!
