Taking an opportunity to update on nicknames that have stuck for my Ch@rlotte J@ne. [name_f]Char[/name_f], [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], [name_f]Lotte[/name_f], and Lotka are the big ones. Lotka and [name_f]Lotte[/name_f] are my fave wildcards. It’s just so cute when I call out “Lotte!” and she turns around. Unusual nicknames for the win!

Oh my goodness, yes to this!! I can’t remember what name it was, but I remember telling my kids about a word name and asking their opinions, on cue the girlies said it wasn’t a name because it was a word. Much like your Maguna who had a wacky nickname, one of them has a word nickname, one has a letter nickname, one has a homophone nickname, and two of their three brothers have word names.

It’s so funny what names they think are normal and what ones they don’t quite[name_f][/name_f] understand. [name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] was meant with laughs from them, but [name_f]Chrysanthemum[/name_f] was a total yes, because they like the book, and they know I do as well. It also took E no convincing to become sold on [name_m]Hummingbird[/name_m]. Heck, one time R even told me that she liked the name [name_m]Balthasar[/name_m], but thought it was too girly for her son, haha. They’ve got such creative and fun minds
